Most electricians on the job site ran and bent conduit. I, personally, had to tell the electricians at a bunch of job sites to stay away from the wiring. After a few weeks on the job, a few of my helpers were more qualified than the electricians our company hired.

I am NICET level 3 certified, OSHA certified and am a junior in uni for mechE.

Trust me, most electricians are unqualified to screw in a light bulb.
