Is there any way to correct vision naturally?
I have astigmatism -0.25 CYL and minimum for contact lenses is -0.75.
It gives me headaches and I would like it to grow to -0.75 or drop it somehow
pls respond
something else is causing your headache

I am near-sighted and found out that I can "adjust" my sight by pressing on my eyes to make light converge to the right point (but since it is not uniform the result isn't uniform, it's mostly blurry except for a small part of the image I see, which permits me, for example, to read what time is it from a distance which would be prohibitive)
also, it makes me look like a total idiot so I only do this at home when no one's around, and it is probably harmful too
AND it probably won't help with headaches, just a funny trick

Yes. Two small, specially shaped pieces of transparent material can be fitted onto wire or plastic frames and placed approximately 2cm in front of your eyes to correct distortions caused by your misshapen retina. This will fix headaches caused by astigmatism and myopia.
