In the real world, things aren't like that. First things first, that version of women is outright contradictory in the real world. Women in the real world are not at all willing to even give you the time of day to learn about your personality, so even if you are caring and thoughtful they would never figure it out.

And you know, don't get me wrong. Obviously if you are a woman there is no way you can keep up with the feelings of every man around you. That is not your burden or whatever. That said, I think that women have most of the blame here. Women, in general, care about a very narrow set of things that immediately isolates any man who doesn't do sport, keep up with fashion, do drugs, drink alcohol and other things of that sort. Immediately. If you do not do those things you are almost 100% guaranteed to not lose your virginity in your teens. And this contrasts with the diversity of hobbies that men tend to have.
