I have pretty bad OCD/GAD and ate Paroxetine around one and a half years. It worked well against anxiety and I could get over some hangups, but it made me drowsy and more numb. Sexual side effects are probably the worst; no orgasms and few erections.

I've been off them now and feel more energetic, I'm not sure if I have any long-term side effects. Doc claims it's not possible.

All in all they're very common and very studied so I doubt they would have a major impact in any way
