Why do we only have memories from certain moments here and there, from certain days? Why do they come and go?
A memory popped up in my mind, and I forgot about it an ago - and who's to say if I'll EVER remember it.
How are memories even formed? What triggers me to remember a memory?
I'm thinking about my last relationship, and I'm sad that I can't recall every day we had together. Same can be said for me wanting to remember all of my freshman year of high school - I just can't, and that sucks.I'd love to able to just scroll through my life like a Facebook time line and recall it all in my mind

Like that "S" for instance. As soon as I saw it, I was flooded with memories from middle school. Memories I wasn't even aware I had.
I'm annoyed that we'll never understand memories or dreams in my lifetime.
I know what you mean.
I wish I had ideopathic memory too.
But Ill settle for controlling lucid dreaming.
I wonder if I can be with her...

Idiopathic*
actually we do understand quite a bit

A lot of it is agreeing to speculations. Similar to why we're here really or what it even is that we're experiencing now

Not really. We dont have a hard chemical chain of events to explain memory if thats what you mean.
