Disregarding all other factors like the extreme cold and lack of oxygen, would staring at the Sun from the surface of Pluto or a moon of one of the gas giants put you at risk for blindness the same as Earth, or would it not feel discomforting at all?

it wouldn't, power per sqaure meter will have dropped off immensly at those distances from the sun

The sun as seen from pluto is 250 times brighter than a full moon.
Not sure if that's healthy to stare into for too long.

The glass visors on Astronauts Helmet & Space Ships block the harmful UV & Gamma radiation coming from sun.
In Pluto, sun is too far away from Pluto that the radiation from sun is too weak to worry about.
Although we should protect our vision in Mars. Because on Mars the sun radiation is strong enough to damage our vision.
