Where the fuck do you live anon? I'm quite certain they wouldn't do this in America or first world Europe. Usually what they'll do is take some sort of blade and basically slash at your back, applying samples of the allergen to samples of tissue.
I'd suggest hiding any and all adverse reactions. I personally have horrid reactions to Iodines used in surgeries and Shellfish can actually kill me, but I never put those down on the allergies list when going through school and have never told an employer about my allergies, mainly because they don't affect my life much.
