Given Wittgenstein's Anti_Platonist critique of mathematics ( see his Math-Philosophy in his Philosophical Grammar ) you'll see how the second part of your question is made redundant by a proper understanding of the first question - which is in my opinion, absolutely correct. I speak as an oxford educated ( DPhil) philosopher. You will find widespread dislike for this view from academics keen to maintain academic philosophy's status - and keep their departments (and jobs ) alive. Cheers.
