source this. They had neurologists involved in designing this program and intuitively it sounds like it should work. If people with ADHD can improve their cognitive function through rigorous exercise why can't normal people do the same?
if the exercises are stressful surely that's a sign your training your brain properly. Isn't it correct that literally any form of psychological stress improves cognitive function overall? (ignoring the divided attention aspect)
