Is Calculus 2 easier or harder than Calculus 1? It doesn't really matter because I'm taking it in September either way, but I've heard contradictory things about it. pic unrelated

id say it is easier. but the curriculum may vary.
calculus 2 for me included:
multidimensional differentiation/integration
path integrals
system of ODEs
calculus of variation
but it has been years since i took it so i may have forgotten some stuff.
Both courses felt like baby math to me.

Calc1 is foundations
Calc2 goes off on a tangent pun intended
Calc3 is just Calc1 but more in depth
most people think Calc2 is the hardest of the trio
