Glyphosate is one of the most well-studied toxins we have. If we were talking about a brand-new pesticide, I'd be really worried, but the effects of glyphosate have been pretty thoroughly examined in peer reviewed literature.
It's an IARC 2a, there's definitely evidence for cancer-causing potential in animals, and people exposed to high concentrations of it (think field workers) should be very careful. However, that doesn't necessarily translate to a meaningful population-level health effect. The question is always dose.
