Been taking a couple trusted personality tests and score high across the board for OCEAN tests regarding Openness and receive INTP in the Myers Briggs . I'm skeptical of these tests but they're still intriguing.
Would it be worth taking an IQ/MENSA test ? At the same time I'm curious, but then again, why should I care .
I'm 20 years old if this matters.

You should note this:
Suppose you are writing a resume or CV. Suppose you wish to apply to a job or to a university. Will any tests other than SAT/GRE matter?
No. No IQ test will be worth anything compared to a degree. They will not tell you anything or gain you any prestige. Getting a high score on such a test and bragging about it will only lower your prestige in most academic groups. No one cares about high IQ. Most shitty grad students are over 130 anyway, and those are the bad ones.
You would spend your time better by reading a textbook or taking courses rather than caring about your MBTI score.

IQ/MENSA test has nothing to do with Myers Briggs. Myers Briggs is nothing more than a "fun" test that has poor retest reliability.

In case you were hoping to use a mensa certification on a job application, don't. It's anecdotal, but I spoke to a vp of a fortune 100 company who flat out told me he would not hire someone who advertised that he was a member of mensa. It's a major red flag for personality issues.
