Is a simulated reality inside an everlasting dream on which the dreamer is in a state of coma or sleep possible? Meaning that with the right equipment and the right interference within the brain nerves someone that might be sleeping for a few real time hours (or a much longer time in the case of being comatose) will be in a state of lucid dreaming inside his subconscious and will therefore be able to build an alternate reality inside his own mind; therefore losing all grasp of reality.

You're misusing a long list of concepts. PBS Space Time just did a video that summarizes the question.
One key issue is whether your consciousness is a part of the simulation or whether it has some existence outside it and is being fed sensory stimuli from it. Since there's no evidence that there even is a simulation in the first place, this is all speculation and your guess is as good as mine. Remember there's no particular reason why the laws of science as observed inside a simulation would correspond with those outside.
