Professors won't let me take the honours course in Analysis because I entered in the wrong semester.

Just take the regular course and email the professor for the honours course to ask if you can come into his/her office hours and maybe grab a syllabus to keep up and discuss with him/her. Most math professors are autistic enough to love talking to students about it.
