Antibiotic resistance is a non-issue. Eventually, there will be enough antibiotics that bacteria won't be able to have immunity to all of them at once. Hopefully genetically engineered bacteriophages never see the light of day because they could permanently cripple somebody for life by destroying the healthy bacteria in their body and being impossible to remove cause they're a fucking virus.
