I can give you specific cases of convergent evolution in salamander families.

Absence of lungs:
-The entire Plethodontidae family
-Salamandridae: Chioglossa lusitanica
-Hynobiidae: every species in the Onychodactylus genus

Most of the lungless species also have developed a projectile tongue in result of not having to use their tongue muscles to breathe, so they could specialize in one action instead. The fastest tongue of any animal belongs to a salamander.

Paedomorphism:
-Ambystomatidae: Several species, the most recognizable one being Ambystoma mexicanum
-The whole Proteidae family
-The whole Sirenidae family
-Some individuals of the Dicamptodontidae family also reach sexual maturity while retaining juvenile characteristics but that's not the norm afaik
-Same as above to some Salamandridae species
