Yes. But only on large scales. Because on the smallest scale things are random. There's no way to determine anything. It becomes predictable on higher scales because it's like throwing six million dice. If you throw 3 dice you don't know what the result will be but with six million it's easy to see there will be about one million for each side. Don't believe anyone who tells you otherwise

So if the universe exhibits chaotic behavior (it does) and if true randomness exist (it likely does), then the universe is also unpredictable in the grand scale.

I'm just stating the obvious. "Random" things on larger scales aren't really random and become predictable. Likewise the Universe is fundamentally random/probabilistic, yes, but it's so large that things like the orbit of planets become predictable and our lives deterministic.
If you want a more accurate analogy, make it so the dice have 17 sides but there is a quintillion to the power of quintillion to the power of quintillion dice thrown.

Chaotic systems are by definition deterministic. But that doesn't mean life/existence is inherently equivalent to a chaotic model. Just because you can treat the empirical world as a model doesn't mean it adheres in all respects to that model. That's like saying math proves the universe is based on mathematical axioms.

I feel like you guys are confusing determinism and predictability. Randomness doesn't entail non-determinism. Probability just means uncertainty and randomness is the height of that. Maximum entropy. Randomness can simply be a product of a process being too difficult to observe or too complicated to make reliable inferences about. Randomness doesnt necessarily entail anything about determinism.
