Feels bad that I'm not more intelligent and that I'm some feeble-minded normie who will never be able to attain a P.H.D and contribute valuably to science.
I love the field I mentioned with a passion, but will I ever be "good enough"?
I know what I'm pursuing isn't physics or engineering but is my IQ enough to become a molecular biologist and excel at my field?
Will I struggle in college?
I wish I had a gifted level of intelligence. Hopefully brain implants will give me a game changer one day...
If you're legitimately interested in something you will find a way to learn about it at least to an undergrad level.
There is no need to worry about IQ unless you want to be a leader in your field.
I'm guessing that if you're here asking this question you're probably not going to the most prestigious university for what you desire. Just remember you will only succeed in your field if you actually are interested in it.

I don't care about that, I just want to be good enough at my job to contribute to the field

Yeah, neither rich nor smart enough for that.

115 is a good IQ for a lab assistant.
>will I ever be "good enough"?
Yes. All it takes to be good enough is hard work and discipline. I'd say that's probably enough even for a phd.

Well thanks..
Sorry, this made me anxious today. I'd probably be better off not knowing.
I hate knowing my own mental capacity.
Heh
Stick to trade school pal

>Yeah, neither rich nor smart enough for that.
You can totally get into a top school for bio like Cornell with an IQ of 115, even if you can't pay. So really you should say "not rich enough," since you are smart enough.

Molecular biology and genetics are mostly just memorization. They're not that difficult compared to chemistry or physics.
ya know...I think people forget that failure is a part of science.

you can be below average and get a phd

have people?

Yes, and they're all in the Gender Studies Department.
