I drink two gallons of milk a week. Is there any way this could be bad for my health? I get these gnawing stomache/ bowel pains like I'm hungry if I don't drink it.

I've been doing this for like six years and I'm stable at a very /fit/ 170 pounds. Most people would be jealous of my abs and if anything I have constipation more than diarrhea.
You're better off asking health questions on /fit/, but this sounds fine.
The thing about milk is it's a really space-efficient way to deliver 'food'. It sounds like you're not eating enough. I'd keep a food journal for a couple of days. I bet you're supplementing a deficient diet with milk.

Not even OP, but couldn't that be prevented by drinking a shit-ton of water?

considering how it affects your body, you're probably lactose persistent, so you'll be fine

I think a gallon is one of those big milk bottles americans drink in movies and tv series
A (gross) estimation, imagining one, is that you can fit like 7 or 8 burgers inside one of those, so I think OP is saying he drinks 16 burger-volumes worth of milk every day. That seems like a bit too much
