So at what age do people stop getting smarter? There's an obvious difference between a 12 and 16 year old, but what about a 16 and 18 year old?
And I'm talking the type of smarts that let you have a good understanding of STEM subjects with relative ease.

I think 16-17 is peak brain flexibility, that's why kids at this age are good at math olympiads and are very creative.
Also if you look at major science breakthroughs, they're usually achieved at age 20
