you can keep yourself going on one bump of the medicine of your choice if you never piss it out, just keep it in your kidneys and you will stay high a lot longer while it's passed around your bloodstream.

problem with modafinil is the half life is way too long. so you can sleep poorly on it.

Reading this thread is depressing. You brainlets are fucking yourselves over by not using the beginner's nootropic combo of caffeine and l-theanine. It's fucking incredible to use during an exam. I feel like Fry on his 100th cup of coffee in Futurama but without the anxiety and heart rate that comes from so much caffeine because the l-theanine stops it.

Try microdosing LSD or one of its legal analogs. It doesn't make you want to piss all the time (in my experience) and the stim effect lasts forever
