How and where should I start learning Physics? Previous knowledge is 3 years of physics and chemistry in high school

Learn Calculus then start with Fundamentals of Physics by Halliday.

Get every book in existence by David Griffiths and then read them in order. If you want more depth, get every book in existence by Landau and Lifshitz and read them in order. You'll be PhD level by the end of all that.
