Since every object with mass in the world has some form of magnetic field, would it be possible in the future to create a device that produces that exact opposite magnetic field so the object is no longer has collision? Am I insane?

Collision is caused by the repulsion of electrons on both surfaces. The way to avoid this is by having no charge (opposite charge would attract). Neutrons and neutrinos can do this, but neutrons still interact with the nuclear forces, instead 'colliding' with the nucleus, and both particles are still affected by gravity.
