Hi guys. Will you watch fireworks with me?

OY VEY
I could never dig into watching sports. But I still want bread and games - this is my games.
Do you think the Indians from the jungle come to watch?
>rocket launch
If Earth was round, why wouldn't we just bring the rocket around to the other side and drop it? Balltards BTFO
The acceleration at the beginning seems a lot higher than Falcon 9.
It lost 20Km of altitude. This trajectory is retarded.

thats cuz SRB's do that
If SpaceX wanted to spend like 40 million a launch on SRB's, they could do that too
I don't think its a good thing for optimizing payload to accelerate too much in the lower atmosphere

But you get a lot faster to max q instead of wasting propellant to just fight with gravity.
Sure the Falcon 9 is more economical anyway.

But then you have higher aerodynamic losses, and your vehicle needs to be stronger, so I think in terms of payload its all a wash

No. At start you are way beyond optimal speed. After you reach max Q, you throttle down. That's one good reason to use strap-on boosters.
