Why don't I feel the "buzz" people talk about for nicotine whatsoever? Why don't I feel anything whenever I smoke marijuana, while others who smoke the same amount say they felt it a lot? Is this due to something genetic? It's like I have some weird built-in tolerance. What's the biological reason for this?

How would that explain me not feeling the edibles? To be fair it was only once, so maybe they were just low quality.
Idk though, this probably isn't good /sci/ discussion anymore, but after inhaling and feeling my lungs expand, I can have my mouth open with no smoke leaving. Shouldn't this be a sign that it's not just staying in my mouth/ throat?
