If gravity is real then how can a helium balloon float upwards

the pull of gravity is so strong it holds all the world's oceans down.... but at the same time not strong enough to stop a helium balloon from floating up?

Buoyancy is dependent on the direction and strength of gravity. No gravity, no buoyancy. The object would not be displacing any water that is working against the force of gravity.

Stuff doesn't float to "true up", there is no such thing.

That is clever tho...Why spend millions of shekels on rocket fuel and engineering if we can attach several helium balloons to a satellite and put it on orbit?
