I will look for it. The site isn't easy to navigate. You essentiallly have to read his journal sequentially and can't skip pages. He is an amazing writer

In one sense it's kinda nice that he's passed away and can't object to the dissemination of his own work anymore. If there is an estate or family member who might take up the cause on general principles, then they clearly haven't thrown their weight around as of yet.
Grothendieck is an example of a guy whose stuff is just plain too important to allow the blockage of dissemination, regardless of any feelings or principled autism that he might have had on the matter.
