No pain in back, my legs are consistently in a low amount of pain and can't get comfortable, neck is stiff and hurts when I move it.

I've got a fever, occasionally chills, lethargy, loss of appetite (have eaten in more than twenty four hours now), sort of malaise and occasional shivering.

Both, but I am treating them so I only threw up once.

Irritability occasionally breathing fast, hearthrate 100bpm, no real mental confusion beyond the annoyance of the head ache, unable to tell if I got a bulging fontanelle, light sensitivity present, no fear of loud sounds, both sluggishiness and sleepiness.

I just woke up again, haven't slept this much in a while.

I had it since yesterday morning, it has been 31 hours.

I don't really see why a flu would give me neck stiffness, but if you have a source saying that it can you would help an anon sleep a little easier.
