We have very little details about Hogwarts (unless you're willing to dig stuff like Pottermore) because Rowling, with all due respect, was not a very good worldbuiler - her magic world is barely functional and full of unanswered questions (how do the magic world learns math/physics/muggle world history ? How do they train for Auror when they leave school as 17 ? Why is there only 1 school with less than 12 teachers for the whole of Great-Britain ?)

The same go with Hogwarts - there are very, very little details on how people are taught stuff. The few scenes we have describe a high-school level of pedagogy.

If you can make a mass simulation of life like in the matrix but it is just a training sim for life you can make ultra smart people mass produced at the cost of being educated by a tireless VR robot.....
