What's your diet looking like right now, OP? You say you only drink once or twice a week, is that binge drinking or moderate? What's your current caffeine intake? How much of your diet is greens as opposed to fast food/greasy stuff?

I honestly wouldn't worry about it yet. If it persists for several weeks, then maybe talk to your doctor about it to see if it's some gastrointestinal bug. Possibly a stomache ulcer, but again probably nothing that will plague you the rest of your life.
