lip color depends on the thickness of your skin on the lips (low) the vascularisation (high) and the color of your skin

i think nipple color is "its own thing" from all the tits i've seen(on screen), there's pale people with dark nipples, but generally the darker you are the darker your nipples are
i wouldn't say it's "just random"
