And what is telling you that addition and multiplication are any more real then the rest of maths? Shouldn't all math be fake?

Three are defined with addition.
Subtraction is reverse addition, so if you know addition then you know subtraction. Multiplication is iterated addition and division is reverse iterated addition, so they're all defined by addition, which is itself defined by the successor function s(x)=x+1
