Male, 20 y.o.
Had a very stressful day, slept 5 hours and hungry.
Decided to measure my BP out of curiosity.
It is around 140/89, which may me nuts.
Walk around, drink a cup of water.
It is 137/85.
Walk around, drink a cup of water.
It is 131/84.
Walk around, drink a cup of water.
It is 126/84.
How does that even work?
I've measured it properly, sitting upright in a chair with cuff on the same level as my heart.
It's as if it decreases with water intake.
Medics?

It's probably just decreasing as you relax. Try before and after fapping as well.

Well, I was walking inbetween, that's the thing, which made me wonder. That's the point.
On the first and highest measurement, I've had a longer resting time.
Between the next ones I was walking around the room and drinking water. Less resting time.
Despite lower resting time, BP dropped.
You're in awful shape, that's all. My BPM is somewhere around 50.

I have a very stressful and unhappy life + a diagnosed mental condition.
Yes your body uses water for many things in this example it balances your electrolyte levels out which can cause widly varying symptoms depending on the electrolytes out of wack.
EX. You might start shitposting 1000x times more than normal if you have too much bicarbonate and magnesium but not enough potassium.

I kid you not.
I drank some more and it was 123/80 now.
So... Could electrolyte imbalance and dehydration explain my shitty state of wellbeing?
>>8719386
could be a small part of it.
You wont, but i would buy some 10-15lb dumbells and do small workouts. That would probably help your mind and body.

Try drinking significantly more for a day and see how it turns out.
