Hello /sci/
I want to make a pie. For that I will be using a dish that is 36cm (14 inches) long, 25cm (10 inches) wide and 10cm (4 inches) high.
I want to cover the base, the sides and have a lid as well.
How much flour and fat will I need to have enough dough to achieve this, if I want the dough to be about 3-5mm (0.11-0.19) thick and I am using half flour to fat (so 600 grams of flour and 300 grams of butter)
Thanks for your answers.

Is my question a recurring theme on here?

Also, half fat to flour, not flour to fat, sorry.

I see.
Is it impossible to calculate this or something?
This is important guys, I need to make the pie tomorrow.
Are there none smart enough to figure this out?
Will I really have to just estimate?
