Use Pythagoras to get the distance from U to the midpoint of the opposite side. Use Pythagoras again to get distance from U to Z. So that distance is now 10sqrt(11).

So the answer is 20*(sqrt(11)+1). Sqrt(11) is ~ 3.3, so this is 20*4.3 = 86.
