Which is the best order to start learning the basics (high school level) of Science?
>Biology --> Chemistry --> Physics
or
>Physics --> Chemistry --> Biology
Together, no other answer.
You can't properly understand chem without physics, and you can't understand bio without chemistry.
I guess you could start with physics and work your way up, but it's also a great way to lose your interest in science real fast.
Biology -> Chemistry
Skip physics. It's a load of horseshit.

Which one as intro book?
Depends
If you prefer to learn bottom up then the latter
If you prefer to learn top down then the former
Pure maths. That'll teach you everything about physics chemistry and math
Start with biology because it is interesting and then learn chemistry through biology and then work your way down to physics.
In reality you will be learning all of them at once to some degree, studying biology
