Could I get through the whole Algebra section on Khan Academy studying 1 hour a day for 4 months? I'm starting college this fall and want to brush up on the elementary and intermediate algebra part(I've already taken the class's in a previous CC) and learn the college algebra part

why not just some book?

You could probably get to calc 1 in that time, but consider doing more than 1 hour a day.

the pace you should go depends on how fast you learn the material/how much free time you have.
cover as much material as quickly as you can while still being able to comprehend/retain the knowledge.
Just use a book. Kahnacademy is good for lecture-based subjects, but high school math is not a spectator sport, it's a practice-based skill that is most effectively honed by doing problem sets.
If you have a professor you might want to ask a professional
