Congratulations! Your ship hasn't even reached Earth escape velocity get. So after 1 million years the ship is still orbiting Earth, or possibly crashed into the moon. It is also possible it crashed into Earth or a slim chance the moon boosted it into a Solar orbit, where it then probably gets recaptured and eventually crashes back into Earth.

But it 100% has not left solar orbit and is no closer to the destination than Mars.
