Pretty sure I have bipolar disorder. When having a really bad episode I noticed how clearly I could see the blue field entoptic phenomenon. It was impossible to ignore. I know it's caused by white blood cells moving in the eyes. I also get severe pain in the thymus, which is responsible for T-cells.

It all makes me wonder what role the immune system plays in bipolar disorder.
