If you're not motivated enough to study what you have to, you should probably just stop and study something else.

If it's just a class or something really dull, switch it up with some brainteasers or if you're really motivated, fuck around with another language as a quick break. Pretty productive and keeps your mind fresh to keep going.

Also drink less coffee.
