I need some advice.
I never put attention in math in high school since I hated that class.
but then this year I'll enter college to study software engineering.
I graduated from high school in 2006.
So, what are the math topics I should review?
What do kids learn in high school in the last three years of it?

vectors in space, vector functions and what they learn in calc I at MIT.

the most we study is pre calculus in high school.
going to take calculus I.
do I need to review high school algebra and trigo?

Oh ye you should review algebra and trig then.
Don't you do vectors in space in HS?

can't remember.

Linear algebra and calculus.
>what do kids learn in high school
systems of equations and matrices to make linear algebra a bit easier (simple class if you pay attention and take notes though).
Also pre-calculus and some actual calculus
My school's CS program requires up to Calc III. It depends on what school you're going to and what concentration of CS you're going into.

we take first calculus I in first semester then move to linear algebra in 2th.

Precalculus. Read Lang's Basic Mathematics and it will teach you everything you need to know/remember.

You need calculus for linear algebra?? We just require good ACT scores or at least college algebra/higher math co-requisites.
