Even as a black person objectively in the 0.1% in terms of IQ, academic achievement, and success in my career (STEM), I have always had a hard time believing that I am an exception to such an extent that no other black person is able to do what I can do.

The only difference between myself and my cousins is upbringing; I wasn't raised in the 'hood': I was raised in an extremely rural, majority-white area.
