Any plant fags here? I'm growing lemon trees and one of my seedlings leaves have white discoloration on them. Is it mold or fungus? Can it survive it?

Looks like sun scalding, fyi. Did it receive a lot of sun one day when it had been indoors or in ambient light for a long time?

doesn't look like that to me, usually with that phenomenon you can see more distinct regions of variegation rather than fuzzy borders.
it can be hard to find the cause of chlorosis because pretty much anything can kill a seedling that young. nutrient deficiencies, too much/little sunlight, too much/little moisture, wrong pH of the soil, they can all have an effect
Molds are fungi
