Have you ever plaigerised? Ever been accused of plaigerism? What's the best think to do if you get caught?

tl;dr I found some papers in an obscure Chinese journal very similiar to my area of research, and since my project isn't giving results I'm thinking about just translating and submitting one of those for publication.
