To help with alzheimer's disease, stick to a vegetarian diet as best you can, stay away from sugar as best you can and exercize every day.

It's genetic, and MAY have an association with fluoride.

Lighter pigmented people have more calcified glands.

The gland accumulates fluoride, whether this hastens the calcification process, I don't know.
