I know a lot of people who know evolution just as some counter argument to religion when it really just explains how nature influences animals, It does not really explain the origin of nature, just SPECIES. I am permanently agnostic but I find a lot of people do not think scientifically that back scientific claims. I am a big advocate of curiosity and skepticism which seems lacking in leddit which has gotten quite mainstream.
