Would a chemical power plant be feasible? Producing electricity only with chemicals. No magnetism at all involved.
define chemicals

nigger what the living fuck are you on about
>>8565958
it would be like a huge chemical battery were you constantly replace the depleted chemicals
>what are oil power plants

>what is no magnetism involved at all
>>8566239
magnetism is involved in all chemical reactions, retard.

Well then clearly the answer is no
burnt fossil fuels casting light on photovoltaic panels
>>8565948
yeah, they are called fuel cells. pretty dope tech actually. if they can ever get below 1$/w they'd be more economical than solar.
>>8565967
we call that a fuel cell.

Op refers to the use of spontaneous electrochemistry. And no, it's not possible once chemicals are oxidized, they are much lower in energy, and therefore more stable. so even if you were to invent a positron circuit for the reverse process, it of course would require more energy. thus it wouldn't be spontaneous.
