What type of movements make a plane pilot experience g forces?
I mean can you explain the mathematic basis behind that?
I understand that these g forces are created because the aceleration of the plane
But I dont understand how turning or the speed of the plane make you feel g forces
What type of movements make a car driver experience g forces?

The reaction force from your inertia acting on the plane's body when it accelerates. Like a centrifuge, which is why they use them to train pilots.

imagine you are going one direction at a specific velocity
it takes a force to change your direction (or accelerate). Without a force acting upon you, nothing would ever stop you from moving in that one direction at that one velocity. G forces are just those forces that cause the pilot to change his direction or velocity.
Also imagine being in the middle of empty space with no gravity: if you throw a ball it will just go on forever at whatever velocity it is at after it leaves your hand it in a straight line.

Up and down movements, mostly. Side to side occasionally, depending on the pilot. Back and forth is a myth perpetuated by sim jockeys
