I managed to fuck up big time with a final lab exam which will give me a high risk of retaking course which I don't want.. I still got one more chance which is another exam... What techniques should I apply to my studying, what enviroment should I go to? I tried everything that I could think of, I just wanna hear from you guys. Day of the Rope is near for me atm.

Go to whatever section you are struggling the most with, and try to do a few of the practice problems/concepts. If you find something you don't understand, look up solutions and then retry a similar problem using the recently learned solution.
