Why is it when you use the energy method equation and the D'Alembert's principle tractive effort equation you get the same results?
energy method equation:
W=mgΔh+1/2m(V^2-u^2)+(Frd)
D'Alembert's:
F=mg*sin(theta)+ma+Fr
